The Graduate Medical Education programs of Cooper University Health Care is committed to providing a supportive environment that allows all members of its academic community to thrive and succeed. Graduate medical education appointments are made for a period of one year. Individuals who maintain satisfactory performance and meet the requirements of their chosen specialty are eligible for yearly reappointment.
Departments may request interviews of candidates who meet program criteria. Selection shall be made from among eligible applicants on the basis of their preparedness, ability, aptitude, academic credentials, communication skills and personal qualities such as motivation and integrity.
